This production plant construction project expanded the production capacity and built warehousing, administrative and catering facilities at the factory. Covering more than 58,000 m3 of enclosed space, the project met high demands placed on comprehensive sustainability and was one of the first in the Czech Republic to be LEED Platinum certified.
